Populated galleries in red—the rest coming soon:
Lima: the streets thereof, some very crowded catacombs, and an amazing food market we toured.
Cusco, former capital of the Incan Empire, where the culture still feels alive and well.
The Sacred Valley, including the Inca ruins and the living Inca town at Ollantaytambo, the mysterious avocado-shaped high plains site at Moray, the Maras salt ponds ( way cooler than they sound!) and a close encounter with some alpaca at a restaurant, both on the menu and on the hoof.
Machu Picchu, including trains to and from, a totally insane Inca Bridge that has my palms sweating to even type about, the views from the Sun Gate high above the city, flora and fauna, and of course, the ruins themselves.
