Ha. We're all feeling thick and sluggish right now after our stint in St. Petersburg, so ask me again later. On the plus side, our backs are hanging in there thanks to this godsend of a collapsible foam roller. Also, even on a boat we can generally find the floor space for morning plank/pushups/stretching, so there’s hope. 

Meantime, walking helps. I don't think we've had a day yet where we didn't walk at least 8 miles, at least according to my Apple watch.
